VIETNAMESE PEOPLE DENOUNCE ALL ILLEGAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM (CPV) AND THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA (CPC)
Washington DC, USA – Saigon, Hue, Hanoi, Vietnam: On this 14th day of September 2011, Voice of Vietnamese Americans stands in solidarity with all Vietnamese in Vietnam and overseas, to solemnly condemn the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) for all illegal agreements signed with the Communist Party of China (CPC), without the approval of the people of Vietnam.
Vietnamese People denounce Pham Van Dong's illegal memorandum to Chu An Lai on Sept 14, 1958, wrongly agreed to China's self-claimed false maritime sovereignty in the Southeast Asia Sea (East Sea - South China Sea).
Vietnamese People condemn the CPV for taking on a vassal role to the CPC, giving up Vietnam’s sovereignty over our own Water, Land, Resources, People, Culture, and even the Vietnam History now being projected as if it was generated from China.
On this 14th day of September 2011, Voice of Vietnamese Americans stands in solidarity with all Vietnamese in Vietnam and overseas, demanding the Communist Party of Vietnam to listen to its people, its intellectuals, its own conscience, to carry out immediate and comprehensive reform based on suggestions provided by 95 Intellectuals inside Vietnam and 36 Vietnamese Overseas.
On this 14th day of September 2011, Voice of Vietnamese Americans stands in solidarity with all Human Rights Organizations worldwide, demanding the Communist Party of Vietnam to immediately release its dissidents, to show its respect to freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and all other human rights and civil rights that the Vietnamese people deserve.
Unless the CPV can show its respect for Vietnamese People and Vietnam’s national interests, it should immediately remove itself from the leadership role in Vietnam.
On November 11, 1945, Ho Chi Minh had clearly announced the dissolution of the Communist Party in Indochina, to gain the Vietnamese People’s trust and unity.
Vietnamese People now ask for that strong political will and commitment from the current leadership of Vietnam.
Vietnam deserves a new era of independence, freedom, democracy, and sustainable economic growth with human rights and equal justice for all.
The time is now.

Hoa Thịnh Đốn, USA - Saigon, Hue, Hanoi, Vietnam: Ngày 14 tháng 9 năm 2011, Tiếng Nói Người Mỹ Gốc Việt cùng người Việt trong và ngoài nước đồng thanh lên án đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam (CPV) đã ký kết các thoả hiệp vi hiến với đảng Cộng Sản Trung Quốc (CPC) mà không có sự đồng ý cho phép của toàn dân Việt.
Dân tộc Việt lên án công hàm vi hiến mà Phạm Văn Đồng đã ký với Chu Ân Lai ngày 14 tháng 9, 1958, đồng ý một cách sai lầm khi công nhận chủ quyền của Trung Cộng tại Trường Sa - Hoàng Sa, và trên hải phận Việt Nam.
Dân tộc Việt lên án đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam (CPV) đã đóng vai chư hầu cho Cộng Sản Trung Quốc (CPC), bán Đất, Nước, Tài Nguyên, Con Người, Văn Hóa, và ngay cả Sử Việt hôm nay cũng bị viết lại như Việt Nam thuộc về Trung Quốc.
Ngày hôm nay, 14 tháng 9, 2011, Tiếng Nói Người Mỹ Gốc Việt cùng mọi người Việt trong và ngoài nước, đồng thanh đòi đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam phải lắng nghe tiếng nói của dân Việt, của kẻ sĩ Việt, của lương tâm Việt, để ngay lập tức thi hành cuộc cải tổ toàn diện, dựa trên các đề nghi do 95 nhân sĩ trong nước và 36 nhân sĩ ngoài nước đưa ra.
Ngày hôm nay, 14 tháng 9, 2011, Tiếng Nói Người Mỹ gốc Việt cùng tất cả các tô chức bảo vệ Nhân Quyền trên toàn thế giới, đồng thanh đòi đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam phải ngay lập tức thả các nhà bất đồng chính kiến, tôn trọng tự do tôn giáo, tự do ngôn luận, và tất cả các nhân quyền, dân quyền mà người Việt phải được hưởng.
Nếu Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam không chứng tỏ được họ thực sự vì dân, vì nước, họ phải rút lui tức khắc khỏi địa vị lãnh đạo dân tộc.
Ngày 11 tháng 11, 1945, Hồ Chí Minh long trọng tuyên bố "Giải Tán Đảng Cộng Sản Đông Dương", để lấy lòng tin và sự đoàn kết của dân tộc Việt.
Hôm nay, Dân Việt đòi hỏi hành động chứng tỏ quyết tâm chính trị và sự thực thi lời cam kết ấy.
Việt Nam xứng đáng được có một trang sử mới, với Độc Lập, Tự Do, Dân Chủ, và một nền kinh tế phát triển bền vững dựa trên nhân quyền, dân quyền, và công bằng xã hội.
